The Greek School of St. Nicholas Liverpool follows the laws, rules and guidelines as set by the UK Government, the Local Educational Authority, ΚΕΣ and the Education Ministries of Greece and Cyprus.

We are members of:

· National Resource Centre of Supplementary Schools

We also receive advice from the Safe Network and NSPCC on child protection and safeguarding policies and procedures.

Our school became a member and began the accreditation process of the National Resource Centre for Supplementary Education (NRCSE) through the Liverpool Supplementary Schools Network at the beginning of 2015.

In August 2015 we achieved the Bronze Award, in April 2016 we were awarded the Silver Award and in August 2017 the GOLD Award of the NRCSE's Quality Framework.

''The Quality Framework for Supplementary Education uses the Code of Practice for Supplementary Schools to bring together legal requirements and good practice. The Quality Framework enables organisations and individuals running supplementary education of all forms to meet minimum standards for safe, effective and enjoyable out-of-school hours provision for children and young people.
